Shipping Information
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders will only be shipped to addresses within the United States. Orders placed for delivery outside the U.S.A. will be cancelled and not fulfilled. Due to state specific regulations on non-alcoholic beer, we are currently unable to ship non-alcoholic beer products to Michigan, South Carolina, Nebraska, Kansas, Idaho, Mississippi & Georgia.
All orders that are in-stock are shipped via USPS only within 7 days. If your order is out of stock, you will be contacted by the store manager with an update on the item status. Please allow at least 4 weeks for shipment when an item is out of stock. Harpoon ships all orders directly from the Boston Brewery retail store, therefore it takes a little time to prepare each order (thank you for your patience!).
All orders are sent via USPS priority mail unless stated otherwise at checkout. All orders shipped priority mail will recieve a shipping confirmation email 24 hours after the shipping label is printed. Orders shipped via first class mail do not include tracking info. Priority Mail orders include a shipping day estimate at checkout but is not a guarantee. Please note that due to USPS experiencing delays along with supply chain issues, there may be delays in package arrival! We recommend purchasing early for holiday gifts to arrive on time!
Shipping fees are based on the size and weight of the items that are ordered. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. We do not ship outside the United States.
RETURNS
We will exchange or issue a refund on unused and unwashed Harpoon merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service department for information on how to return or exchange your items at 617-574-9551 or emailing estore@harpoon.com
