Shipping Information

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders will only be shipped to addresses within the United States. Orders placed for delivery outside the U.S.A. will be cancelled and not fulfilled.

All orders that are in-stock are shipped via USPS only within 7 days. If your order is out of stock, please allow at least 4 weeks for shipment.Harpoon ships all orders directly from the Boston Brewery retail store, therefore it takes a little time to prepare each order (thank you for your patience!).

Holiday Season Customers should note that all orders are sent USPS. No guarantees on delivery date are offered by USPS. Expect 3 days. During the holiday shopping season, we do ship orders within 48 hours of receipt, usually sooner. You must order by 5pm EST on 12/19/17 to receive orders by 12/24/17.

Shipping fees are based on the items that are ordered. Fees begin at $5.00 and increase depending on size and weight of the order. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. We do not currently offer tracking on our shipments but are working to make this available by the end of 2017. We do not ship outside the United States.

RETURNS

We will exchange or issue a refund on unused and unwashed Harpoon merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service department for information on how to return or exchange your items at 617-574-9551 ext. 325.
